Do you offer service at night and on weekends?

Our application is available 24/7/365. To confirm the availability of a technician simply request an appointment.

Do I have to be at home when the technician arrives?

No, but someone you authorize needs to be home.  You can authorize someone to take your place in the App.

My husband booked the appointment, how do I track the technician’s arrival?

Your husband can add you to the account as an additional user.  Simply download the App and sign-in.

I have a Nest thermostat I would like to connect to my HWisel App?

You can control your Nest Smart thermostat directly from within the HWisel App. Simply open HWisel, add the device, go to the Nest App and provide HWisel permission, and you are done.
