You rely on the charger to keep your car battery full and ready to go every morning, afternoon, or anytime during the day and night. If the charger ‘Faults’ results in a disruption to the charging process then you need to know about it immediately. More importantly, you need the fault fixed ASAP.
The Connected Services Plan is your insurance policy for convenient reliable EV charging at home.
Our Cloud-based system will monitor your charger at our Central Station 24/7/365. If the system detects a charging fault, a power disruption, or other failures, then our staff will receive a notification immediately. They will assess the situation and, to the extent possible, take corrective action. Most often they will be able to reset the charger, upload a fix remotely, or take a number of other steps. As a customer you may not be made aware of most of these events, they will just be fixed. On rare occasions, our Central Station may reach out to you to assist in the fix.
